This place is a hidden gem. Oh and they serve beer with your burritos, tacos y todo! Very clean, amazing staff and it's just really good Mexican food. Come to Valerie's Carlsbad.

Yummy carne asada burrito . The meat was so juicy, the red HOT sauce was delicious . Service was fast & efficient!! You can't ask for more from a little small taco shop! Does its purpose.

you wouldn't think it'd be that hard to find good tacos and burritos in coastal So Cal, but since Pollos Maria, Cessy's, and Alejandro's rode off into the sunset, it's actually kinda challenging....
