HistoryGrace Mukta realized she had a gift to commune with angels and divine spirits when she was a little girl. Because of this, her grandmother, who was a shaman, taught her the healing techniques that she utilized with her community. Grace went on to discover the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda which led her to study meditation and yoga in depth. She went on to teach and lecture on both topics.
