These employees don't look like they want to be there, maybe it's the manager? Corporate needs to find out why the morale is so low. We customers feel it. Not all branches have this heavy atmosphere.

Rude lazy tellers. Usually a line waiting while employees do nothing. As I stand in line, 5 deep, people open the door, look in, and leave. Many stand and complain about the poor service there....
