I have been coming to Upstar for many years. I always ask for synthetic oil for my Lexus RX 350 built in 2012. I didn't know there are different thicknesses for the synthetic oil. Up star...

The car needed 5 quarts of synthetic oil but the receipt states that 6 quarts were poured in. I argued with the mechanic but he didn't listen. He isn't honest, and I don't recommend him.

They are not honest, and try to make more money from customers. My HRV oil capacity is 4 QT, but they charged me 5 QT!!! Also, they charged me unknow labor fee!!!!! Sucks!!!!
