It was terrible, they overcharged us and stole our deposit. He was rude and condescending. After 50 years renting, this was the worst. That is what happens when there is no competition.

Not sure what people are expecting when picking up or dropping off a U-Haul truck. These reviews are nuts. I had a good experience. Picked up and dropped off on a Saturday. I wasn't pampered...
