Customer service was obsolete. The individuals working there might have been hired thur a rehab or reform program. Room was dirty beds were itchy. Room smelled disgusting.

Very pleased with my stay at Travelodge. Beds are comfortable, restroom is clean. The service to check-in is very welcoming & nice. Would recommend!
