Tracey Sanders Horn

Lac Janes Duong, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner in internal and family medicine. Lac Janes earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to receiving her advanced nursing degree, she was an intensive care nurse for nine years. She chose to advance her nursing career because of the personalized care she can offer her patients. Lac Jane proactively advises patients on ways to improve their health by eating nutritious foods, exercising r positive difference in the lives of her patients. In her spare time, Lac Janes enjoys indoor rock climbing, mixed martial arts, and playing Pok�mon GO. In addition to English, Lac Janes speaks fluent Vietnamese.

Kym Golla, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles. As a nurse practitioner, she performs a wide variety of advanced duties such as evaluating patients, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing medications for them. She does all of this and more with understanding and compassion. Most of all, Kym educates her patients on how to get healthy and stay that way by eating nutr traveling and recording her adventures with videos and photographs. In addition to English, Kym speaks fluent Tagalog.

Somayah Mullins, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner. Somayah Mayah earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from UCLA School of Nursing. She chose the medical profession so she could make a positive impact in the lives of patients and to prevent or improve chronic illnesses. Somayah's patients say that she is warm, compassionate and caring. They also say they appreciate how well she educates them about their medical conditions and ways to improve their health. In her spare time, Somay dition to English, she speaks basic Spanish.
