Tierra Vista did address my hot water issue. They went as far as to replace my water Heater. Didn't help but appreciate the effort. Today I ask for the temperature to be increased on the water...

Not enough parking spaces for the amount of people who are renting apartments. Lack of security, nontenants going through the trash during any moment of the day and night, DAILY. I've watched...

I don't know if I would live here or not. It's hard to say I've looked at a lot of yelp and Google reviews, and I've heard that the management has a lot of excuses for not getting things done....

Don't do it! This is the type of operation which gives landlords a bad reputation. I should have caught on when they had a "self-guided" tour, that is because they have no one on site! Never meet...

The apartments like any in the area are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The area is not great, we have our vehicles broken into and someone attempted to break into our apartment at least...
