I had an issue where the heat was working upstairs but not downstairs. I was almost certain the issue would be the dampening motor. Three Rivers came out and diagnosed the issue to be just that....

Gave them 2 stars because unit works and installers were nice. They damaged the access point to my attic where unit was placed, broke a light fixture and left the broken glass in my bathtub....
