Thornton Winery creates award-winning varietal wine in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. The company uses the M thode Champenoise process to produce its sparkling wine and champagne. Thornton Winery utilizes skills to the varietal, still wines that have been added to the product line. These varietals emulate classic wine styles of the Mediterranean and Rh ne regions. The company produces wine using whole cluster pressing, extensive blending, barrel aging and different vinification techniques. The winery itself is composed of a French-style chateau surrounded by the vineyards, Caf Champagne, a fountain terrace, herb gardens, gift shop and champagne lounge. Caf Champagne features contemporary fusion cuisine and the winery is a host for the Champagne Jazz concert series. The company holds weddings, banquets and winery tours.
