Normally they are very helpful but I needed to return an Amazon purchase and I accidentally brought the pick up form instead of drop off form and the young guy didn't seem interested in helping me.

This place takes forever. Occasionally someone will acknowledge you, but for the most part every interaction I've had has been...interesting. Not a good vibe, prefer the El Cajon Blvd location
