Trash customer service. The employees were busy chatting amongst themselves, and when they did speak to the customer, it was with condescension.

Misty and her crew were absolutely fantastic! I had some oddly sized picture frames to send, and they went above and beyond by resizing some boxes to fit perfectly. Talk about critical thinking!...
