HistoryAmy Monroe, has been cooking for friends and family for as long as she can remember. You might say she was born to cook. At age eleven with the help of her Grandma Shirley, a fabulous baker, Amy entered a cake baking contest in which she won Most Creative. Over the past fourteen plus years, she has worked for numerous restaurants and catering companies in San Diego, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Working for L.A.'s premier event planners and catering companies, she worked on large scale events such as award show galas, television and motion picture premiere parties, celebrity weddings and anniversary parties.
