Emailed about a repair since they're a Casio certified repair shop. Got no reply. Can't really trust a shop that can't even return correspondence.

Since I was going to their store to have my watch repaired, they no longer do that type of business. They still sell watches, but it pretty much is an online business now.

I've been going there for over a decade, but only today learned they no longer have a storefront working. You have to mail them the watch, and they'll ship it back to you. Not sure how a business...
