The Savory Palette has its own history, at least on paper, as it was formed by Nancy Herrmann and Tammy Cline back in 2016. We moved from Santa Barbara and it took a while to find the right place, which we did in 2019 at what was formerly known as the Morro Bay Wine Seller. Since purchasing the shop in October of 2019, we have added a kitchen; great cheese and charcuterie options along with a few other things to our menu. It has always been our plan to do small plates and foods that pair well with wine and/or beer. We were well on our path to doing just that when the first COVID-19 shut down came in March 2020. Since July, we have had great support from our local friends and new customers and have found ways to keep our doors open through some trying times. We hope to get back to having that
