Horrible customer service and lack of communication between the staff. Inconsistent quotes, and unfortunately, Tammy (?) is just embarrassingly rude.

Had to come out and clean the chimney for our wood stove insert. They did a great job and kept everything very clean. They also gave us some advice to keep everything in working order.
