History

Myself, Luke Middleton, has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Starting in construction and customer service, moving in to new home sales, then selling traditional real estate for the last 10 years. The Middleton Group was established in 2010. After several successful years, a partnership with Renovation Realty was formed and we haven't looked back!

We renovate your home to get you the highest return on your investment. We cover the cost of the renovation and you don't pay us back until we close escrow. We sell your home with a detailed marketing strategy and get the highest possible price. And any profits we've added, you get to keep all of it.
