The Human Condition Coaching

History

When I was 12 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease as a direct result of trauma. This lead me down a path of holistic wellness. After 12 years of taking pharmaceuticals to manage my symptoms, I'm now off of pharmaceuticals and symptom free. Working with a coach took me to the next level. I learned how to trust myself and my choices, and gained the courage and confidence to exist more authentically, which ultimately lead to me coming out as transgender. Coaching has been a vehicle for me to look inward as a means of liberation. I'm committed to this work life long. I still meet with my life coach weekly and plan to do so indefinitely. It's such a gift to be supported, witnessed, and acknowledged along my journey. The experience has been, and continues to be healing. It's such an honor to provide this experience for other folks and it is equally as healing to be on the other end of the calls and witness others in their journeys.
