I eat there weekly if not more... Food is rarely cooked well / steaks are usually under cooked or over ...just doesn't seam to get it right Management doesn't ever help ... have several story's...

The Bistro is probably one of the places you should eat at while visiting the Fantasy Springs Casino. It opens at 5:00 p.m. and is occasionally very busy, therefore reservations are recommended....
