Founded in early 2012, this gym was created to assist people in achieving their goals of functional fitness, flexibility, core strength and weight loss. The programming is created and led by Certified Crossfit Coaching, with dues at roughly half of what Crossfit Gyms are charging. Atmosphere is quaint, fun and inspiring with a sense of comraderie.
