This is a good target. But the restrooms are nasty. They don't have any paper towels or anything like that. It seems like no one wants to come in here and clean the restrooms.

All these dogs pretending to be service animals are going to bring a huge lawsuit against Target. As I was shopping a "service dog" was sniffing me, the owner busy shopping with his girlfriend....
