It appears that Taggart's Liquors just observes random hours. They close whenever the mood strikes them (LIKE BEFORE 6:30 PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT). All the more reason to say to hell with them,...

Great store and opens Early. Welcoming staff always greets me like a neighbor. Stores always clean quiet with all sorts of beverage selections.
