They only ever have like 3 people working and have a weird AI voice at the drive up. The food is what you expect from a Taco Bell but you'll be in line for about 30-45 mins

Their drive thru uses AI. Disappointing they aren't willing to just hire enough workers to support the needs. I get that they get a lot of business but there are plenty of people who need jobs.
