Founded in 1993, College Works Painting is one of the largest exterior residential painting contractors that provides the leadership and management internship for college students in the United States. It gives interns an intensive, hands-on experience where they learn all aspects of business management. College Works Painting gives students an opportunity to build a competitive resume and gain marketable leadership skills. The program helps university students develop, implement and illustrate work ethic, communication, organizational management and powerful sales skills, as well as an overall understanding of the mechanics of leadership that can be applied to any profession.
