Very dirty, unkept, not up to code, cold, cheaply ran theater. You can catch some good artists at a decent price per ticket, however if you don't mind a 10lb rat running under your feet, garbage...

It's a great little theater for live performances that I'm told has been around about a hundred years. It only holds a couple hundred patrons and eclectic is the word that springs to mind...
