I've been to my fair share of Subways and I know that as soon as someone walks in through that door they are rapidly greeted... I don't expect to be greeted all the time but I do expect some type...

nobody answers the phone, i get that they are busy but i've called 6+ times trying to cancel an order....

Updated hours are not true. Unable to order through Subway website because they are "closed". I get the COVID close, but if you can't service customers, why post your hours? Very confused?
