Bad customer service, can't follow instructions. I asked for toasted and I have cold cheese, went back in to get it toasted and the ladies were not taught to make customers happy

Yesterday, they are out of chicken breast and are charging people for chicken straps of people order something that came with chicken breast. Also the place was very dirty and nasty.
