HistoryAs an athlete for most of my life, training in martial arts, competing on national levels, and working closely with high-leveled training coaches, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience and passion for health and fitness. Having gone through countless moments of trial and error, injuries, and learning to bounce back physically and mentally, it became my goal and mission to provide my ever-evolving knowledge and experience for the benefit of others.
