They took $35 from me, a retired senior on a low fixed income, never provided a referral, and then refused to refund the fee. What the hell happened to a once trustworthy organization? Shame on...

It is very difficult to have attorney misconduct addressed by this organization, even with proof of misconduct. It is rare for a criminal prosecution to occur as a result of attorney misconduct....
