Whoever is in charge of making matcha or anyone really , they can't make matcha nor simple iced coffee. This is the 3rd time i come to this starbucks and its always the same disappointing service .

They always take the time to write something on my cup! Super nice baristas. Only complaint is the wait time in the actual drive thru but if you order beforehand and pick up in store it's fine!
