What is the point of using the app to order in advance if I walk into an empty Starbucks and have to tell the employee I placed an app order? He walked over to their machine and took my order off...

This is hands down the best starbucks, they are always so kind even if they are busy!! They never mess up on there orders and if they do they make sure to fix it with no hesitation they deserve...
