Worst service in Fresno. 7 people staffed. One person making drinks. No one offers to help. Just standing around chatting with each other.

They are lame at this one. I heard Starbucks are closing down they should consider closing this one. They always mess up my drinks. Never had a good drink from this location.

Music is always too loud. Come here to get a drink and something to eat and just chill or visit but music is always too loud to hold a conversation or just relax in a moderately quiet and calm...

The service was horrible! The frap had no coffee and the manager was rude because i didn't like the drink. I've had hundreds of fraps i know what they taste like please don't tell me i don't know...
