Better customer service. Hairstylist who actually know what they are doing. Came for a trim and walked out chopped witha bald spot. Receptionist was rude and was telling me I needed to come back...

Crap haircut. Way too short uneven and sloppy! I have to live with it for a while until it grows out! This is the third bad cut here! Not recommending anyone come here!

So the last few visits have been a great turnaround. The online check in process has been a cinch, super easy to do after logging into my account. I can check in both of my boys with no problems....

Don't be a chop shop where the only goal is to get me out as fast as you can. We have to live with your cut after we leave the place. I will be sure to tell my friends
