Slow service. Doesnt even have a simple drop off procedure. Feels like youre at a medical office

One star is far too generous. How about negative ratings? Spectrum is bottom of the barrel. Their service cuts out and nobody seems to know what's going on. Way overpriced.

If there is a zero i want to give this negative zero. Service is always outage and unreliable. Unfortunately both cable tv we put it under spectrum . Very slow service. Never ever buy...
