I've learned from those sensei's there. They are some of the best you can find in the US! (speaking from 10+years of experience as a student in kendo)

A very intense 2-hours of constant movement: Monday (7-9 PM) and Thursday (7-9 PM). Mmm, kendo's pretty unique..can be somewhat strange to some people, but I think this is one of the COOLEST...
