Went here twice and each time the attendant was not fully honest with me. I told the attendant I was a resident of milbrae and that there was a program to recycle styrofoam for free. I proceed...

Haven't had any problems, been living here for 39years. Can't complain. They're always on time and never missed picking up our garbage bins

The gal would not give me price info and insisted I make an account. Then when I said I'd think about it, she signed me up without permission. Very rude and unfriendly too throughout the call....

Never had a problem with any of the trash guys or pick ups, but the woman who answers the phone is always rude, never lets you talk, and hangs up on you before you could even say thanks or good...
