South Lake Middle School

South Lake Middle School provides learning opportunities to students in grades seven and eight. It offers educational programs in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers classes in humanities, music, Spanish and physical education. South Lake Middle School also offers the English Language Development program. Its media center provides various fiction and nonfiction books, maps, newspapers and magazines, as well as access to the Internet, databases and search engines. In addition, the school employs counselors who provide guidance and support services to students, teachers and parents. South Lake Middle School is located in Irvine, Calif., and is a part of the Irvine Unified School District.
