Sonoma Hills Retirement Center is an independent retirement community that operates a single-story, 80-apartment housing complex. It offers several studio and one- and two-bedroom housing units. Its apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, bath tubs, cable hookups, ceiling fans, deadbolt locks, fire sprinklers and smoke detectors. Sonoma Hills Retirement Center s apartments are also equipped with central climate control and emergency call systems. The center features a private dining room that hosts various social events, such as holiday and birthday parties. It provides housekeeping, laundry, parking and scheduled transportation services.
