We specialize in real, slow smoked BBQ. Beef Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Louisiana Hots, Home Made Sauces, Sides and Desserts all done in traditional Southern style. Everything is made by hand in house, and only from the finest ingredients. We use real cream, real butter for example. We buy fresh greens and trim and cook them here. Appetizers, sauces, rubs, desserts all inspired by Southern cooking. Recipes from family and friends, all without shortcuts, all designed for your We respect the origins of BBQ and promote Blues, Brews and BBQ. We enjoy live music on the weekends, featuring Blues, R&B, Zydeco, and Latin World Beat, among other genres. Most music events are free and starts at 9PM. Serving beer, wine and alcohol. Dancing is encouraged. Band line-up can be seen on facebook and our website On music nights the bar stays open till Midnight, the kitchen closes around 10PM. During Football Season we open at 10am on Sundays for the early game and we serve breakfast.
