The guy obviously knows his stuff, and according to other reviews he does an ok job whenever he does it, he has to if he's been in business for 30 years, but he is incredibly patronizing and rude....

I totally lucked out on a Saturday - no wait. We come here because their price is fair, they are quick (even when there is a line) and we've never had an issue.
