Express lane of 10 items or less-not happening. Services is very slow at checkout and you'd think more staff would be called up.

Poor management plain and simple. They run one checkout line at their busiest time of day, until people start to grumble and then they'll bring out a second person. Shelves are often under-stocked.

Poor management will be their downfall!! It's 1:40 pm, 10 people in line and they only have one register open.

While Ralph's is still my go-to grocery store I do find myself continuing to come here for certain things and I love that it's fairly close to my house. Their rotisserie chicken is a step above...
