Sin of Cortez

At Sin of Cortez, our breakfast is made with fresh quality ingredients! We have vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo options. Some of our menu items include roast beef hash, rosemary potatoes, french toast, and soy chorizo. Enjoy house-made bread, croissants, granola, salsa, and roasted-grain cereal. We have a variety of pancake options: Strawberry granola, blueberry cornmeal, and banana blackberry. Our scrambled egg breakfasts are made with spinach, artichoke, pesto, or black beans - you choose! Also, our sausage comes from our local university farm. House Coffee rated 'Grand Cru', the top 2% of all the world's coffee, using Single Origin beans to ensure consistent flavor and texture. Decaf is brewed cup to cup, not by the pot. Specialty Coffees are made to order. Mochas are made from two gourmet chocolates, not syrups. Blended drinks made with fresh espresso, not powdered mix. We also have Vietnamese coffee, Mexican hot chocolate.
