While I grew up learning to be frugal and save for the future, my parents were not tax or finance experts. They were only hard-working people. I started my career in a Big 4 accounting firm (PwC) and found that my passion was educating my colleagues and friends about money. You would think that CPAs understand investing and planning for retirement. The truth is, most don't. I became an insurance agent because I am passionate about helping people in the community. I believe it is my responsibility as an insurance agent to guide each of my clients through their questions and provide the products and knowledge that can serve them best.
