Horrible customer service. Called for pricing and questions, they are rude and literally will hang up on you. I guess I won't be using them. They lost my money.

Silver Oak Manor is an example of don't judge a book by its cover! It appears clean from what you can see of the facility. The outside gardens are pretty but unfortunately that was the best of it....
