AFP Health is located in Westlake Village,California initially began as an urgent care practice in the late 1980s. Dr. Bader Iqbal took over the urgent care in 1992 and after a few short months converted it into a family practice office in Agoura Hills, CA. As the practice grew in size the office moved into its current location in 1999.
