Shobu Japanese Cuisine offers authentic sushi, ramen, and teriyaki dishes Established in 2019. The grand opening of Shobu Japanese Cuisine was December 19, 2019. The owner, Jerry Yang, is a Fresno native. He has had 2 previous restaurants: Pocket 8s Sushi & Grill in Merced, CA and Dynamite Grill in Las Vegas, CA. Jerry is very excited to finally be opening a business in his beloved hometown.
