We are a family owned and operated Mediterranean restaurant. We have owned, operated and managed different bistros and cafes in different states. So now we want to share our experience and knowledge to the world. Today everyone likes custom, so we decided to build this menu and open a Mediterranean restaurant with a different flare. The build your own concept is geared towards letting people decide what they want and how they want it.
