Serra Center

Operational for more than 30 years, Serra Center provides compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities. It serves more than 80 men and women in its community-based residential care homes and independent and supported living services. Serra Center also serves individuals living in over 65 traditional and accessible homes and apartments in residential neighborhoods throughout Alameda County in California. The center offers a variety of recreational, social and spiritual activities that include dinners, social gatherings and trips. It provides case management, service referral and funding, individual program planning, service monitoring, counseling and advocacy services.
