I bought Ptime grade tritip and it was NOT prime!! No fats, zero marbling as if it was choice grade. Never coming back to this store.

meat tasted like choice and not prime and I paid for prime it was a little tough at medium rare New York cuts. I also need to buy some butcher paper.

Great Meats! Great Salsas! Wonderful helpful, staff! Taco Tuesday Special is yummy: 3 meats(carne cerdo, carne asada, pollo) (1 pound each) and salsa(rojo o verde).
