Rubios is a chain that you can consistently rely on to be quick and pretty good. I love their chopped salad with chicken and the fish tacos are also a treat.

I decided to take a chance with Rubio's. It feels sacrilegious sometimes to order Mexican food from a restaurant that isn't a local spot since we have some of the best Mexican food in the country....

While the food is good, this place sucks. At the height of the lunch hour rush, there was only one cashier taking orders. This resulted in the line being out the door and around the building....
